An Amber Alert has been issued for an 8-month-old girl from Broward County, Florida, as of Wednesday.
Amelia Martinez was last seen in Davie, specifically in the 4900th block of Southwest 148 Avenue, on Tuesday. Described as 1 foot tall, and weighing 35 pounds, she has brown hair and brown eyes.
Law enforcement authorities suspect Amelia might be headed to Orlando with her mother, 34-year-old Arys Martinez. They may be traveling in a 2021 white Toyota Camry bearing Florida license plate number AZ89FY.
Reportedly, Amelia was last seen being picked up by her father at Little Hands On Learning Academy in Davie. The authorities are in contact with the girl’s father. It’s worth noting that both of Amelia’s parents recently had their parental rights terminated.
